I’ve been invited back to adjudicate the fine young pianists in the Manitou, Manitoba area. It is always a privilege to work with pianists on their musical journeys. I love hearing the variety of levels (Pre-reading through RCM Grade 8) and having brief conversations with the students about what they love and what they find challenging in their piano lives. It’s an honour to have the opportunity to encourage them!

Being a part of the WSO for the Movie Shows is always a fabulous time! The audience is able to watch the movie while the musicians perform the soundtrack live. For the musicians, it is a truly unique experience to dig into the soundtracks for the movies.

I am the pianist for Cantemus (treble voices, high school students) and the Chamber Ensemble (treble voices, post-high school students). It is always a pleasure to present these concerts featuring stellar choral singing.

Being the pianist for musicians auditioning for the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra is an intensely thrilling experience. The whole audition process requires musicians to be at the top of their game, vying for one coveted spot. I enjoy supporting them.

The University of Manitoba Faculty of Music Genser Competition is an annual event, showcasing students’ solo performance skills. It will be a pleasure to collaborate with several flautists and string players.
